Low sex desire & severe pelvic pain

Asked for Female, 24 Years

My sex desire is very low.. it takes very long time to get aroused during sex.. And also once i got stimulated & aroused, i am getting severe pelvic lower abdomen pain.. so after that not able to continue with sex & intercourse.. I have consulted a gynecologist, she told it is kind of pelvic infection.. but not get cured by her medicine.. Kindly suggest the treatment for low sex desire & pelvic pain... Thank you
