Low serum iron with normal CBC
I am 28 y female, I have Normal hemoglobin 14.3 gm/dl levels with low serum iron level 30 ug/dl all my CBC values, TIBC feritin are normal only RBC are little increased 5.32 H , so can I take iron supplements without increase hemoglobin ?
