I am facing this issue since past few weeks where I feel that I missed few beats very little chest pain and restlessness and I am not able to sleep well also and my pulse rate is mostly 53-58 sometimes it is 47 also and it fluctuates also like last night it was fluctuating between 54 to 102 is it any sign of heart problem. Anything to worry.

Get a through check up including ecg ,echo ,tmt and Holter on priority .chest pain isn't a symptom one should be delaying seeing a doctor..do it asap
