Hello , yesterday I had bp 70/100 , saline was given , and some vitamins tablet and health supplement powder, I'm still feeling dizzy , not able to walk . Please help !

You might be having dehydration. Drink a lot of liquid and take extra salt in diet for 2 to 3 days and visit a doctor if symptom persists
