Hi doctor,
My father he is 58 years,and 15 days ago diagnosed with b12 deficiency and doctor gave him 5 shots injection alternative day and medicine after one week his platlates counts increased from 1 lakh 38 thousand and haemoglobin becomes 11 to 13.now today he done his again test after 20 days his platlates counts decreased again to one lakh 33 thousand.what is the reason because he is taking awsome diet and taking medicine(hct ,esnax 10,is it dangerous?
