  3. Low platelets. Me with what's happening?

I had fever 100degreees F with cold for one day.. the next day I hav done my blood picture n it revealed 2800 wbcs and 1.6lakhs platelets. And I have no other symptoms except dizziness . Can u pls help me with what's happening? Do I need to worry..
