Low placenta and bleeding

Asked for Male, 31 Years

My wife is pregnant for 14 weeks, last week she had light bleeding, scan report shows low placenta, Now she is on bed rest, currently no bleeding, for further treatment and care we need to travel native.. will be it's good if travel by train after one month..
