Low pattasium level 3.26
I am 32 years male with 43 kgs weight now. 9 months ago taking outside food severe diarrhoea and vomiting and complete stopping of urine then 4 dialysis given then after 10 days normal urine. All kidney function normal after 15 days. But now k level 3.26. Though urea 19.9 creatinine  0.73 urine R/E, M/E, H normal and hb 13.2. Na level normal but pattasium level 3.26. Do I need any further investigation?? Please advise

No based on the history you have given here u had severe acute kidney damage and which has resolved after a few dialysis and treatment,when the kidney recovers again u start passing a lot urine which results in a lower level of potassium like in your case
