Hi mam/sir,
I am currently 14 weeks pregnant and have a history of 2 abortions one with missed abortion and other cervical incompetence.I had my NT scan at 11 weeks 5days and the report says I have low risk but have a Low Papp-a value i.e. 0.22 Mom .Is it cause of concern and also diagnosed with Retroplacental clot of 21×10 mm.
Please provide your suggestions. Will the baby be born healthy.

Normal PAPP A value should be above 0.5 . In fact this is just a screening test. It is interpreted in relation to age of the patient.
After about 4 weeks you will have Triple marker. That will have greater significance.
At present you should concentrate on treatment of retro-placental clot.
