Low milk supply
I was tested positive and was restricted breastfeeding for 11 days however now that I'm recovered I intended to feed again and baby is latching however milk supply has reduced. What can I do to have them increased? I'm a diabetic mom . Will the lactare tablets help me and if yes then dosage required . Also any home remedy?

Hi. Congratulations on your recovery and hope you’re doing well. Yes lactair tablets or lactair granules/ protien powders one scoop twice daily mixed with milk or water helps. In addition you can add Tab Domperidone twice daily for 5 days to assist in milk production.
Next Steps
Rooming in and a stress free environment will assist your feeds.
