I always feel bloated and feel to vomit after having food. My bowel movements aren't clear and I rarely feel hungry. I'm gradually decreasing appetite for food. Moreover I also have conditions of fat deposition in my whole body. My metabolism is very low. What should I do to increase my metabolism?
