Low libido and chronic proatatitis

Asked for Male, 37 Years

I've been suffering from chronic proatatitis since I was 23 today I'm 37. I have flame in prostate and pelvic area and I felt that I lost my libido I made testosterone test and results are for total testosterone 14.9nmol/l I saw that scale is from 8 to 30 What should be my testosterone in my age 37? Is this result is needed to be treated ?
