Low Levels of Testosterone

Sir, I feel I have all the Symptoms of Low Level of Testosterone in my Body. For Confirming this thing I have to take a Blood Test. And for a Blood Test of Testosterone in the Blood a doctor's approval is required. Can doctors other than sexologists prescribe for this Blood Test or only Sexologists are allowed to prescribe for this test ???? I want to know what kind of doctor should I approach to approve of this blood test so that I can get my blood tested and confirm my condition????
