Low iron levels
For the past 1.5 years- I've been noticing a dip in my iron levels. Now it's - 40.7 Transferrin saturation is at 12.88 In Jan 2023 Iron level was at 92.88 Saturation at 30 April 2023 .. iron was at 73, saturation at 22 October 2023.. iron was at 66 saturation at 19.25 And now in June 2024.. it's dropped to 40.7 saturation at 12.8 HB LEVEL NOW IS AT 12.9 I've had a history of vertigo, tinnitus and mild hearing loss. My head is feeling heavy and so are my legs now. Vertigo has been worse before My period and during. I always get a migraine right before my period which lasts 2 days. My b12 is at 790 and Vitamin d is 42. tSh level is 2.6. cbc is within normal range. I've a lot of non veg, nuts and beet root juice inspite of it - iron is a bit low. Period is heavy but not more than 4 days. 3/4 pads per day for the first three days. Mentruation rages between 26 days to 33 days. I had an ultrasound in April 2023.. where they said my egg count is low. AMH level is at 1.7.
