Low hemoglobin 8.8 for last 6 months.

Asked for Male, 35 Years

Suferring from ankolysis spondylitis since 16 years. HLAB27 positive. My present age 35. Iron vitamin D3 also low. C reactive protein is high as 120. Too much pain in legs knee and joints. One doct suggest me to take injection EPIROSE1000. Should i take this injection ? Any side effect? Pls give suitable sugestion .

you may have to consider x rays of painful joints to rule out possible joint involvement due to AS, contribute to the pain. how ever to improve HB and vit d3, certainly you need suppliments either in inj form or tablet form.
