  4. Low hdl level. Me what should i do!

I feel rapid heartbeat palpitation most of the time. I am on high bp meditation. Today I got my blood test result. My total cholesterol is 146, hdl cholesterol is 34 which is showing high, and ldl is 83.4. please suggest me what should I do
