Low HB counts, joint pain, high fever

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hello Doctor, I got treatment for around 2months still the hb count is low. Yes taking medicines it has gone into 9.5 but again yesterday I got tested n repost says 7.5. I too have fever 99-101 Joint pain.
