1. Ideally you need get a peripheral smear done to look for any abnormal cells or hemoparasites
2. Hb 7g/dl may need blood transfusions at times
2. Start on an Iron rich diet (eg: leafy vegetables, Mutton, Jaggery)
3.Hematinic syrup (eg Syrup Vitcofol for 1 month)
4. Repeat CBP after 1 month
