Low Grade Fever Post Covid Recovery - My Kids (8 Years Old &

Low grade fever post covid recovery

Asked for Female, 8 Years

My kids (8 years old & 10 month old) are getting low grade fever (99-100.4)almost on daily basis for more than 1 month. Got their chest x ray, cbc, crp, typhoid and malaria tests done. Reports were fine. Son's ( 10 month old) cbc values were a little high but dctr said they are fine. Doctors are saying to ignore the fever but we are still worried especially for the younger one as he still has cough, fever and too young to tell anything. What should we do?
