CBC cannot diagnose typhoid by itself. This is not a serious fever and does not require much treatment. No need to do any further tests. No need to worry about this fever. Low grade fever usually is seen in viral and non serious fevers which go away on their own. If physical check up by Pediatrician is normal, no need for treatment. The body fights infections by creating fever so a little fever is helpful to the body.
