Hi Sir/Mam, My wife started facing low BP issue 122/55 pulse rate 82 after pregnancy , please advise me what to do .. Thanks and regards Krishna

122 is systolic BP and 55 is diastolic BP. low diastolic BP during pregnancy is normal and physiological. Anemia can also lead to low diastolic BP. There are various other causes. But in general correction of Anemia if present is advised.

This BP is normal for her If she is symptomatic like dizziness / giddiness then look for hydration status
