Low blood pressure
My weight is reduced to 42kg from 54kg after 11 months of delivery..No thyroid post delibery i checked.. My problem is low bp..it is always 90/60 range only during pregnancy, after pregnancy,even before pregnancy..during pregnanacy they generally do echo test..its normal they said..why i m always having low bp?? Drinking 3L water/day..how to solve it..plz suggest
