My bp 1 day when i checkedis 60/34..now always its 90/60..feeling sleepy always..thinking of completing work but postponing it as i m tired..is it ok..how to overcome low bp problem

Blood pressure less than 90/60 is called hypotension.There are many causes of hypotension Blood loss, medications, nutritional deficiencies, dehydration, infection.
Take adequate water and diet rich in iron -dates,apple,jaggery,brinjal. you can add multivitamin after getting CBC done.
