Low blood pressure
Few days ago I had mild fever, then severe acidity then too much dizziness and puking, later I found I was having low BP coz of which I've been feeling the head spinning and nausea. Now that ive recovered a bit but I still feel fatigue, light dizziness and tired throughout the day. Why so? What can be done?

Hi. What was the cause of fever? Was it viral? Were you tested for covid?
You are recovering from a febrile illness and all your symptoms could be part of the post viral fatigue tiredness.

Keep yourself well hydrated (drink lots of water)
If not done during fever, get basic blood tests to check your hemoglobin
If symptoms persist beyond one two weeks or progressively become severe seek a physical consultation with a doctor.

What are your BP readings? Get your Hemoglobin level( blood test) checked. Till that time increase your fluid intake.If these symptoms of dizziness and vomittings are related to change in posture then should consult an ENT specialist.
