Low blood pressure and low blood sugar
Good evening doctor, Am 12 weeks pregnant women taking only folic acid but stopped since a week because of severe vomiting and nausea . Today evening I suddenly had dizziness, cold sweats on palms , feet and forehead also mild left forearm pain . I went to hospital my blood pressure reading was 90/60 and My GRBS was 81mg/dl. Also am having mild pain in pelvic area . My NT scan is yet to be done . Haven't done CBC in pregnancy so far because my doctor didn't suggest yet. When can I do cbc to know my blood count also please reply is this normal having low bp and low blood sugar ? Thank you so much.

Your BP and blood sugar are not very unusual. You are only 12 weeks pregnant. You should get a complete health package done from a reputed Laboratory and consult with your Gynaecologist for a complete physical examination. If required, a consultation can be taken from a General Physician but treatment should not be started based only on your BP and random blood sugar.

These symptoms are normal in early pregnancy. Your bp and blood sugar levels are perfectly normal. U can get your CBC done now also.
