I missed my period this month. Last period was on 1st Sept. UPT came negative. Blood test also negative. Beta HCG is 0.44 mIU/ml. Still no period. Am I having complications ?

Both tests are negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist or me through practo online.Also get done TSH level and serum prolactin level.

Means you don't have Pregnancy. Take tablets for withdrawal bleeding. In case of recurrent delay get done ultrasound, hormonal test, Thyroid, prolactin
