Low backpaon since 2 months
Shanthamma age 36 MRI report. L4 l5 intervertebral disc shows mild annular bulge with posterior disc flattening thereby causing mild degree of compression on the ventral thecal sac, respective traversing nerve roots with lateral recess compromise. No evidence of significant compression noted in the bilateral exiting nerve roots. Bilateral gluteus subcutaneous soft tissues shows mild facial edema. L4-L5. 11.7mm. (Normal range 14.7mm) L5-S1 11.7mm Focal faint T2 hyperintense signal noted at the level of C2-C3 likely artifactual ? Demyelination. However requires close follow up. D1 vertebral body shows focal lipo hemangioma. Please suggest. Thank you.
