As per the reports there is a disc bulging at 2 levels and straightening of the spine. It happens in young adult males commonly. It can be due to a number of reasons one of which can be wrong weight bearing..leading to spasm. When the spasm is relieved, the lumbar lordosis is corrected. Consult at your convenience.
