Low Amnotic fluid & baby growth in 37wek
I am 37 weeks pregnant, but according to the ultrasound report, it shows 34 weeks. The baby's weight is 2.4 kg, the amniotic fluid is 9.5 cm, and there is a single cord around the neck. Is it possible to increase the amniotic fluid & growth of baby with medicines so that the delivery can be delayed by 2 weeks, or will I need to have an early delivery?

Your amniotic fluid volume is not bad.  Please get an  NST  done.  It will show about the condition of the fetus in relation to uterine contractions. Also get your sonography done weekly.  That will guide us about the growth of the fetus.  Some medicines are available which may help in increasing amniotic fluid.  Please consult your Gynecologist regarding the same.

For this period of gestation your AFI and Baby weight are normal mam. Keep a check on Daily fetal movements and get a regular NST and AFI / Dopplers done. If everything is normal then there is no need for early delivery
