Asked for Female, 31 Years

I m in my 8th month of pregnancy. In 32 weeks scan, I got to know that my amniotic fluid index is 8.9. Also baby is in breech position. How to increase amniotic fluid and also make the baby's position suitable for normal delivery?

You cant increase the amniotic fluid. Although medications come but their role is not proven. You cn take rest in left lateral position and start argipreg sachet once daily. Aa far as baby position is concerned it cant b changed
