My wife had an hematoma in the uterus which grew big as her pregnancy progressed to 5 months now but it has caused low blood supply to the placenta and now amniotic fluid has become 3, my wife has been on a lot of medications such as heparin 60mg shots every day, Ecospirin 75,duphaston and few other meds to support pregnancy now we have been adviced to consider termination as an option since survival of the pregnancy is low and a high chance of birth defects we tried everything doctor adviced but no luck, her heamato reduced but amniotic fluid not increased please give an advice before we proceed with termination

Do proper anomaly scan, early reduction in amniotic fluid more suggestive of abnormalities in baby related with kidney and other organs... Always keep in mind, health of your wife is more important rather than baby so take wise decision..
