Low Amh 0. 5 and Terratozoospermia NF 1.

Husband age -33 years Wife age - 32 years We have conceived in fourth cycle of IUI in 2024 january but suddenly on 37 weeks just 2 days before delivery we suffered from fetal demise with  unknown reason all parameters were normal, doctors are also confused without any reason how it happened Now problem is I have Terratozoospermia with normal form 1 percent and my wife AMH is 0.5 Since the still birth baby was delivered in September 2024 through c section we have to atleast wait for 6 months to try again We are planning to do 2 /3 cycles of IUI from march 2025 and then straight to IVF I am on medication with some antioxidant meanwhile for 3 months We are meanwhile doing all tests like karyotyping, APLA and some pre pregnancy test like AMH, TSH and etc What we are planning is OK or anything we have to do more We are in deep shock due to stillbirth and have no left and have to plan quickly as doctor are telling Please suggest Please help
