Thanks for asking. I can understand the distress you are through. If the girl has denied your proposal, there is no point in further trying to pursue her to agree. Going against her will is strongly not advisable. You need to understand that she has a right to choose the guy she wants to be with. I can understand that it must have hurt your self esteem immensely, and the fact that you are still in love with is causing you even more distress. You must make a decision to leave her. The problem of irritability, missing her, craving to contact her, not able to concentrate, etc can be releived with help medicines and counseling sessions. These symptoms will subside in few weeks.
