Gap between two different eye drops can be 1-2 minutes Gap between single eye drop depends on the frequency told by the doctor. In your case- for 4 times a day you can put lotesol M after every 4-5 hrs

Maintain a gap of 15-20minitues before two eye drops, to avoid washout or excess drainage of the medicine. U can instill Lotesol M first, close eyes for atleast 5minutes after any eye drop, give a 20mins gap and then instil the 2nd type of drop. 4 times/day means morning, afternoon, evening and night 1 drop each time
