I year baby girl having more coughing from 2 days n fever goes after taking medicine n comes back in six hours again n has running nose n noise of cough while breathing.

Could be bronchiolitis,needs to be examined. Till then give steam inhalations every 4 hours. Give paracetamol for fever,repeat 4 hourly if required.
