Hello doctors,
My baby is 4 month old and he is having fever, cough and stuffed nose. His stomach is also bloated.
But he is active and playing. He is taking his feed properly. I wanna know how to reduce his cough. Dr suggested me these medicine for what problem?

Seems like ur child has a lung infection with hyper reactive airways
As the child is active
Please use the medications
And make sure the air in the house is humidified
