Lost virginity and missed period

I've lost my virginity one month ago and the fisrt time I've taken a morning after pill just to make sure nothing can happen. After one eek from taking the pill I had my period even thouigh it wasn't the time. Two weeks ago I've had sex again and I'm worrying that I might be pregnant as I don't have my period. Is this because of the morning after pill or the hormonal changes after the loss of virginity?
