Lost of appetite and feeling week

Hi my name is Precious and I am 13 weeks. I have been down the whole day feeling sick but I can't pinpoint where exactly I am sick. I get this sharp pain in my abdomen once in a while. I have also stared getting itching anus and itching clitoris. Should I go to the doctor or it all comes wth being pregnant?

you should consult a gynaecologist for the symptoms your having so that you can be examined . also your 13 weeks so you need a nuchal translucency scan and need to be started on iron calcium folic acid.
