Lost fertility from my sperm
Due to excessive masturbation I think I have lost fertility from my sperm.. And it's been one year but I am unable to become father.. There is no issue with my wife.. She consulted a doctor and they said that there must be some issue with the fertility of my sperm.. At the time of sex, I can see huge sperm going into her vagina but then also I am unable to become father.. Please help me how can I increase sperm fertility and how can I become father?
