Hi doctor, My son 3.5 yr old and having loose motion and weird sound from his stomach and having eating disorder ( not eating food only drinking water and milk) Please suggest

Hi, Stop/ reduce milk and milk products for couple of days. Give rice based diet and plenty of liquids/ water for hydration. Give Syr z and d and enterogermina for the loose stools.

Don't worry. In this condition happens like this. Child eat less and takes only liquid. Look for urine output. Passing normally or decreased. Give as much as baby drinks.
