Loss of smell and taste
It started with dry cough and little fever then cough n fever gone but flu like symptoms appeared like runny nose, headache, weakness and now i completely lost my smell and taste sense, I literally can't smell and taste anything, pls give some suggestions

You need to visit the nearest hospital and get yourself checked out..they may get few blood tests done like CBC, CRP. And a CT scan of chest to rule out any lung related trouble if present or not. In the present circumstances covid has to be ruled out first.. However even before all of this most importantly - DO NOT PANIC..
