Loss of smell and taste after covid.
Recovered frm covid almost 45 days back. Still can't smell and taste anything. Kindly guide what should be done to regain both

For smell you can sniff 4 strong oil each for 20 secs in morning and evening - Lavender oil, Eucalyptus oil, clove oil, jasmine oil or any oil with strong fragrance. You can sniff coffee as well. This will help you to regain you smell sensation .
