Loss of Period
I haven't gotten my period in the past 6 months but I have no signs of being pregnant. During the first couple months of not getting my period I got slight cramping in the lower left side of my back and last night I began to get slight pain on the lower front left side like by my hip. I am getting worried that something can be seriously wrong.

I can understand your concern.
Forget about the signs of pregnancy but have you at least taken a urine pregnancy test?
6 months and you haven't got your periods is not a good sign.
Get it checked out by a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
She will be able to help you further.
