Loss of period and lots of pains

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Lately I have been getting muscle pain stomach pains felling bloated full and frequent kidney infections and pan in my back I've missed my period for over 3 months now which is not familiar as before all this I ust to always get my periods now they have stopped suddenly and those are all my symptoms its so worrying and stressing me out could u tell me what this might be pls as it would put my mind at ease .thanks and I also feel sick nearly all the time
