Hi there.. I understand your concern.. Gastric antral vascular ectasia (GAVE) is a relatively rare cause of gastrointestinal bleeding.. cause of it remains uncertain.. treatment includes medications such as beta blockers, corticosteroids, progesterone and estrogen, octreotide, tranexamic acid, thalidomide, and cyproheptadine..endoscopic treatment options such as band ligation, mucosal resection, and cryotherapy are available.. laser therapy is there.. but argon photo coagulation is newer and better one.. if it is also not working then laproscopic antrectomy is last resort.. please consult nearby gastroenterologist soon..
