My child aged 11months has gone through a long treatment for chest infection and now has recovered by the grace of Allah . Now doctor has recommended threadworms medicine for him after that he lost his appetite. Please tell us why he lost his appetite?

I don't think it's related to the medicine. After a prolonged illness it is better you supplement home with some multivitamins for 2 -3 weeks.
