My baby had his 4 month vaccination. Henis not drinking milk, does not seem to have fever. Is this normal?

Because of pain at injection site child might be irritable leading not accepting feeds.
Next Steps
Try giving breast feed only. In case if swelling at injection site do ice packing & give one dise of paracetamol as per weight of baby.

Yes it is normal after vaccination. DPT containing vaccine cause -fever for 2 days, -redness for 2 days at injection site, -swelling at injection site (left thigh) which can be more for 2 days and then a small pea like tense swelling for 2 to 3 weeks also -can make child irritable or lethargic for 2 days and sometimes for a week too This is as such normal. When to worry: not taking feeds at all, inconsolable crying, lethargic, seizures, decrease urine frequency
