Loss of Appetite

Asked for Male, 20 Years

After masturbating 2 weeks ago, I experienced nausea, fatigue, and loss of appetite the next day. Also had some liquid bowel movements. Now, fatigue, nausea, and diarrhea have disappeared. But I still haven't regained my appetite. I just eat 2-3 times a day and I'm not as hungry as I used to be before. There is no pain in any part of my body. What's happening? What to do?
