Losing weight without doing diet exercis
Hi doctor, I am 32 yrs old female, I have been diagnosed diabetes 3 yrs back, earlier it was prediabetes and now it's diabetes with bp ranges(130-90) thyroid also there taking 37mg for that also,since long time I have been seen foam in urine after that I did uacr which came urine albumin 6.70mg/l,urine creatinine 69.20mg/dl and acr 9.7mg/g ,I went to nephrologist she said it's slightly increased nothing to worry as I am anxious person so I went for 24 hour urine protein 200, which should be 150 but mine came 200 so doc gave me telmisartan 40 mg advised to take this medicine in Morning time and asked repeat test after one month now I m very anxious about it as I m loosing weight, as it dropped from 84-80 in 4 months, please advise me what should I do? Your response would be appreciated sir/ma'am Thanks in advance
