Losing virginity
Hi, I'm a woman of 28 years of age and getting married next month. I would like to know what all things have to be kept in mind for first time sex, ( I am a virgin and so is my would be husband) and we're both in kind of anxiety regarding this.

Hi, happy to see premarital sexual counselling queries, which is not common now a days. Both of you must be relax, don’t set any target in mind about sexual timing/satisfaction. You must stay relax, to face some degree of discomfort or pain, but that should not be unbearable . If both of one of of you will be uncomfortable due to any reason then take your time , as in many cases it may take few days as well for successful penetration. For hygiene both of you must wash private parts before and after sexual intercourse . Safest contraceptive method is use of condom. With proper counselling you can do safe sex even without protection as well on at least 10-12 days of every period cycle but for that you need to consult personally (either online or offline ).
